Can I place an order over the phone?

To ensure order accuracy and to protect our customers’ personal information, all orders must be placed with us online.

 

I placed my order, now what?

Thank you for placing an order with us! You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and followed by a second email containing shipping information once your order has shipped. These emails will also provide great tips for using your new dual-joys products!

 

Where is my order?

Please login into your dual-joys account and view “Order History” for updates regarding your order. We will also provide updates via email as your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

I ordered/received the wrong item, what do I do?
